Luke's mom Holly and I have been friends for a few years now, and it doesn't hurt that Mallory is exactly 2 months older than Luke! So they always have a good time when together. Holly and I go to a MOPS group that meats in Story City a couple times a month. Its a drive for both of us, but its worth the drive and the couple hours on those Tuesday mornings connecting with other moms, and letting our kids interact with other kiddos their age. A Tuesday in October was beautiful, I'd say 70s (not normal temps for October in Iowa for sure) so we decided to have a lunch play date in the park after MOPS!!
As you can tell from the following photos.. the kids were having a great time!!!
I just love watching little kids from afar.. wondering what they are talking about and what the other is thinking!!!
It sure will be fun to see how these kids interact as they get older
