MY NIKKEL'S WORTH: Mason's 4th birthday July 14th

Well, Mason had a GREAT birthday party at Granny A and Pa's pond!!! Hard to believe he is 4!! Every other birthday has been spent here in Boone, at our TINY house, which means we have to be outside in the driveway. It was so hot the 1st three years, that I always dreaded his birthday parties!! Well, this year we changed it up a little and went to the pond, and the weather was PERFECT!!! Was so nice to have all his family here!! Except for Aunt Kristin.. we missed ya Krissy!! He had in his head that he wanted a 'Rock Star Birthday'. Not sure which show he got it from, but from about May til his birthday the middle of July, that was all he would say when you would ask him!! SO, we did the rock star birthday and he was happy!!

The cake must have been good, cause this little boy ate the whole thing! And he doesn't even really like sweets. He would prefer an apple over a cookie any day!! Not exactly sure where he learned that, as I think my mouth is full of sweet 'tooths'!!!

This is what he got from Daddy on his actual birthday, which was on a Monday and his party was on a Saturday. He loves his baler!!!!

From the day Mallory was born, she has always favored the Nikkel genes. She has looked alot like Granny B, and a lot like little Elise!! Mallory is starting to look more and more like Mason did, but i still see Elise in her every now and again.
